Next Project API Terms and Conditions of use

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the API.

   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the API solely in accordance with these Terms and for lawful purposes.

   3. Use the API to create or distribute malicious software.

   5. Share your API key or credentials with unauthorized parties.
   6. Use the API in a manner that undermines, replicates, or competes with our business model, including but not limited to unauthorized commercial use, redistribution, or resale.

4. Rate Limits and Fair Use

   We may impose rate limits or usage quotas to ensure fair access and system stability. You must comply with these limits as specified in our documentation or communicated directly.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

   We reserve the right to monitor your usage of the API to ensure compliance with these Terms. In case of suspected or confirmed misuse, we may:

   1. Issue a warning.
   2. Temporarily suspend access.
   3. Permanently revoke access without prior notice.

6. Termination

   We may terminate or suspend your access to the API at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, security concerns, or misuse.

7. Changes to the API or Terms

   We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the API (or any part thereof) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

   The API is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the API.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

11. Responsibility to Review Terms

    It is the responsibility of both the Next customer and any third-party integrator to read, understand, and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so does not exempt any party from obligations or consequences outlined herein.
