Integrator account credentials expired — client_id: sandbacken

Hi,

I was redirected here from the support channel (ticket #1426926) as my question is API-related — hope this is the right place!

We're using the Next API with the OAuth2 password grant flow (/v1/token) to fetch data for our connected companies. Since approximately May 2026 we've been getting 401 Unauthorized for all customers. The last successful token refresh we can confirm was April 30, 2026.

Our integrator account details:

client_id: sandbacken
client_secret last set: January 20, 2025 (never rotated since)
We believe the client_secret has expired on your side. This is blocking data refresh for all of our connected companies.

Could you please either issue a new client_secret for the sandbacken integrator account, or advise on how to renew it?

We also have a new company waiting to be onboarded once the credentials are restored.
